  • Location: Western Box Elder County, in Northwest Utah, approximately 40 miles north of I-80 at Wendover, Utah; 3 miles east of the Pilot Mountain Range. The Pilot Mountain Road passes through the property. 
  • Access: From Utah Highway 30, about 9 miles east of the Nevada state line, turn south on Pilot Mountain Road. Go approximately twelve miles to the property. You will cross the railroad tracks at Lucin, and go just past Lion Mountain. 
  • Topography: The property is rolling, dropping down about 100’ to a lower level along the east side of the property.
