  • Location: Western Box Elder County, Northwest Utah, approximately 50 miles north of I-80 at Wendover, Utah; and two miles south of Highway 30, three miles east of the Nevada/Utah line, and two miles north of the north end of the Pilot Mountain Range. 
  • Access: From Interstate 80, 32 miles west of the Utah/Nevada state line, go northeast on Highway 233 to the Utah State line, where it becomes Highway 30. Go about nine miles to the Grouse Creek Junction. Go south five miles to a road to the right, about ½ mile south of the railroad tracks. Go four miles west to the property. 
  • Topography: The property contains part of a small mountain and a fairly flat section. Topography varies from flat to gentle slopes to steep rises with rock outcroppings. See topographical map. 
  • Soil: The soil is sandy with some gravel on the higher elevations. Fine-grained silt on lower elevations.
